The Old Farnham Free Throw

When you launch a lightweight object, like a rolled up sock or an empty rubbish container, can, bottle, etc. from a good clean distance, more than 5 feet, and it cleanly lands without hitting any base, backboard, rim into the desired location, i.e. washing basket, washing machine, correct recycling bin. It draws extra points if awarded to you, the player, is in walking, running motion during the free throw shot. Deducted points if you miss and have to collect item to retake the shot.
