The Old Chelsea Chin Up

When driving along a tight street, you are faced by a Chelsea tractor whose driver isn't all too sure of the dimensions of their car. They then proceed to lift their chin in an inquisitive manner, suggesting it dramatically increases their depth and width perception. I love that. And will subsequently allow us to pass one another without harm. §
